• Operation Sheepdog Herding ships all orders UPS or USPS. Every product we ship is packed according to UPS and USPS shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims must be brought directly to UPS or USPS. Please contact us with any questions. See the "Shipping Damages" section for further information.
• All orders shipped within California State are subject to California State Sales Tax which will automatically be calculated as part of your grand total.
• We make every effort to ship our products within one to two business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day. If a partial order is shipped separately or an item is backordered, you will be notified of the backorder and when the item is expected to ship.
• Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
• As soon as your product has been shipped, you will be sent an email notifying you as such.  If a tracking number is available, it will be included with the email. You can also track your shipping in the order tracking section of our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.

We will refund the purchase price (exclusive of all shipping & handling charges) for any item returned that does not meet your expectations, as long as the item has not been damaged due to shipping or normal use.

• All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If the product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company (usually UPS or USPS) within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may choose to inspect these materials. Please be sure to notify us (info@SheepdogHerding.com) of the damage once you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
• Iif the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.

Australia Herders:  We have now set up ordering rules for your country.  Please note that there is a flat rate of $15.00 for 1-5 items.  Whipflags have a shipping charge of $35.00 with a quantity of 1 - 4 flags.  Dog beds and just a few other products are excluded, but most products are allowable.

Excluded Dog Beds;cfrov-ringo-bed, cfrov-pdogck-bd, cfrov-mdm, k-alum, and a few other beds = $45.00 Shipping Charge in USA and Canada, exclusively.
